We ship all orders via UPS at the following rates. Sweenor’s Chocolates will contact customers if we deem it necessary to ship with heat-resistant packaging and an ice pack at an additional charge.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and APO, FPO or overseas require special handling. Please call us for pricing at 1-800-834-3123.
Heat warning
Because chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it may be necessary to ship your package 2-day UPS in heat-resistant packaging and with an ice pack. If you do not select this option, but we think it is necessary, we will contact you to notify you of the additional charge. The cost of shipping your order with heat-resistant packaging to New England states might be less than listed above. In the warm weather, we will not ship on Thursdays or Fridays, to avoid delivery delays on the weekend.
All purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of the time orders are received.
Store policies
All orders are shipped gift-wrapped in seasonally appropriate paper unless otherwise stated. We cannot ship to post office boxes. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses where possible so that candy is not left outside. Candy may not be returned.

All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and other types of nuts.
